Hanging in India at Cafe Edelweiss

Hello again from India! Nothing overly exciting or out of the blue to repot this time, just enjoying life living in India and teaching our gorgeous children. In the past few weeks we’ve gone from a house full with 37 people, down to just us 6 Antipodean girls!! The house feels extremely empty now, but there are some benefits; like not fighting over the computers, having almost unlimited water for showers and being able to watch whatever we want on telly. As you would expect, we have been doing loads of shopping (don’t worry, not just for ourselves, but for family and friends as well), and eating out. Our new favourite place to relax is CafĂ© Edelweiss where we can enjoy all sorts of delicious pastries! We’re starting to get killer cravings now, for things like steak, sushi, hot showers and bacon. But our parents have been sending over packages for us, which helps the homesickness a lot. Yesterday morning we woke up at 5am and climbed a ridiculously steep mountain to a Hindu temple where we watched the sunrise. It was such a breathtaking, spiritual experience. That’s all from India this time!
